The Benefit's Of Going All Natural

In this day and age there are so many types of lotions, scrubs, cosmetics, etc. The difficult part is knowing which product is good and which product is going to do more harm; and you never know because when you read they ingredients label its hard to read let alone understand! So, its my duty to be a personal advocate to let people understand whats in natural products and why its beneficial to your well being! OH, and I promise in natural products you can always read and understand the labels.

BODY BUTTERS: Best time to use is right after a shower to soak in all the moisture in your skin. Its very nourishing and leaves your skin feeling very silky. Ingredients used: Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Almond Oil, Vitamin E Oil, Cocoa Butter, Essential Oils

SCRUBS: Best time to use a scrub is while in the shower so you can gently exfoliate all the dead skin off whatever surface you may be scrubbing. After words scrubs will leave you skin baby smooth and back to its natural state. Ingredients used: Brown sugar, White Sugar, Sea Salt, Coconut Oil, Vitamin E Oil, Coffee grounds, Essential Oils

LIP BALMS/GLOSS: Lip creme is designed to both protect and heal the skin. Its a combination of all the oils, fats, and waxes that bring together the healing properties followed by the select essential oils which make up its own therapeutic properties.  

LOTION: A light hand creme you can use any time of the day as you would normal lotions. These lotions have very beneficial factors as well most lotions do double duty. Like nourish skin, help with eczema, diaper rash, and some even will help with stretch marks! I bet you would have to buy 4 different bottle of lotion for all those results in just one! :) Ingredients: Almond Oil, Calendula Oil, Hempseed Oil, Wheat Germ Oil, Cetyl alcohol, E wax, Vitamin E, Essential Oils

Well these are a few products in are everyday life we use and take for granted. Now I will take some of the staple ingredients and tell you about them and what makes them so important, then you just aren't taking my word for the products!

INGREDIENTS:

Almond Oil~ Almond Oil is rich in vitamin A, B, and E, which is amazing for skin health. An overall view of what almond oil does for the skin is; improve the complexion and retaining glow, moisturize better and deeper, soothe irritated skin and inflamed skin, relieve dry and irritated skin, nourish skin, making it softer and smoother, cures chapped lips and body rashes. Almond Oil also is great to help reverse and prevent signs of aging by renewing skin cells and invigorating the skin, ensuring younger, fresher and more radiate skin.

Shea Butter~Shea Butter is a vitamin A creme and important for healing and protecting the skin in many ways. Shea butter is known to help with dermatitis, eczema, blemishes, and wrinkles. It also has healing properties to help with insect bites, sunburns, and frostbites making shea butter one of the main number one all-natrual cremes used in the business.

Cocoa Butter~Cocoa butter number one defense is antioxidant, which help with the signs of aging. Its also a stretch mark reducer, cocoa butter is the number one go to creme to prevent stretch marks for those moms to be. Cocoa butter is high in fatty acids so it hydrates the skin deeply and wonderfully. It also can help heal dermatitis and eczema, and great overall staple!

Coconut Oil~Coconut Oil have vitamin E in it giving it major nourishing properties as well as healing. It keeps skin feeling moisturized and rejuvenated as well as helps preventing anti-aging. Many people use coconut oil just as is when they have dry skin or just need to help heal cracked dry hands. Coconut oil is a wonderful staple in my mixtures!

Vitamin E Oil~Vitamin E is amazing for a lot of things but the number one property for its use it shelf life. It helps preserve the shelf life of all natural products. Vitamin E has tons of antioxidants that reduce the potential of rancidity in the oils making it safe for longer use! Also, Vitamin E does help treat wrinkles, scars, and brown spots on the face that are cause by aging.

Essential Oils~Essential Oils are a biggie on there own, I could do a whole blog just on essential oils! On a short version, essential oils need to treated with the greatest respect due to the nature of each oil its self has a different property. Essential Oils derive from plants and have antibacterial, anti fungal, and antiviral properties. Other oils will help with relaxation, better thinking, healing, energy, pain, etc. Essential oils are huge wide varied of fun OH this is what makes the products smell good! :)
